Each facility has a cozy, homey feel, and its residents clearly enjoy their community. While our team of accounting and consulting professionals are better known for their “number crunching” and financial expertise serving low-income housing tax credit properties, it was enlightening and gratifying to see the results of our efforts and the efforts of one of the best operators in the region. For the people in our communities that have a stereotypical view of what affordable housing looks like, we would encourage them to tour one of the many excellent facilities in our Commonwealth that are assisting seniors and working families have a better standard of living. The clients that we serve provide over 7,000 units of quality, safe, affordable housing. Kudos to all of our partners who work in this noble arena of affordable housing…we are making a difference!!!
