PHFA received 103 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications for the 2015 funding cycle. Those 103 applications are competing for approximately $29 million of tax credits to be allocated in Pennsylvania. PHFA expects to announce tax credit awards no later than their June 11, 2015, board meeting.
