On December 3, 2015, members of the McKonly & Asbury affordable housing team had the privilege of attending the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Shepherd’s Crossing in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. This development brings affordable workforce housing to residents in Hampden Township, Cumberland County. Monarch Development Group, LLC and Cumberland Perry Housing Initiatives, Inc. partnered to complete this development.
