On Friday, July 15, 2016, Governor Tom Wolf announced awards of $40.3 million in tax credits and $5.9 million in PennHOMES funding for the construction of 39 affordable multifamily housing developments located throughout Pennsylvania. The tax credits are administered by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency and were approved by its board. Members of the McKonly & Asbury Affordable Housing Team participated in a team building event on July 8, 2016. The team went to a local “Escape Room” where we worked together to unravel clues, solve a series of puzzles, and crack codes to open locked containers and beat the clock. As a team, we had to
think outside the box and use communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills. Our teamwork enabled us to beat the clock and win the game!
